Cleanliness has always been a large part of the business and that does not change. But now it is more than important than ever.
I will be washing my hands regularly and thoroughly as usual. On arrival, the door to the reception area will be open and there will be hand sanitiser available for each client to use before entering the treatment room.
Once in the treatment room you will be left to remove your shoes and any items of clothing necessary for your booked treatment to be carried out. There will be a box available for leaving these items. This box is cleaned and sanitised between every appointment
I would appreciate all payments to be made using a contactless card if possible.
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer toilet facilities, unless you have an urgent need.
Between treatments all surfaces will be sanitised, all sheets and towels will be removed for washing and fresh linen added. The room will be thoroughly ventilated.
All appointments will need to be pre-booked. Clients need to attend alone.
Anyone feeling at all unwell, please do not attend your appointment. Let me know as soon as possible so that the appointment can be offered on. All late cancellation fees are not in operation at this present time.
Rest assured I have updated the risk assessment and have taken every step to ensure your safety as well as my own. I am performing lateral flow tests twice a week to confirm I do not have Covid-19 myself.
