Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a very effective therapy which has been around for thousand of years. It involves massaging the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp. The client remains seated in an upright position.
It often brings immediate relief to those areas massaged. Massage is part of daily life in India and is recognised as way of maintaining health and well being. The upper Chakras are worked on as it is believed if our head feels good, we feel good. Head massage helps relieve stress related problems including headaches, eyestrain and stiffness in the neck and shoulders. By relaxing the muscles of the head area, blood flow is improved, toxins are removed, joint mobility is restored and relief can be achieved from disorders such as earache, eye strain, Tinnitus, Sinusitis and congestion, tension headaches, migraine and Insomnia.
